Ezzio began studying music at 5 years, he graduated
in double bass at the Conservatory of Venice, and at the Hochschule
für
Musik in Vienna where he perfected his playing with Ludwig Streicher,
Edgar Österreicher for direction, and Vivier Scindloecker
for composition.
Considered one of the few virtuosos of bass, as soloist and director,
he has performed in Europe, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia,
Japan, Peru, Australia, South Africa, USA, Israel, with renowned
orchestras (such as Deutsche Kammer Virtuosen, Wiener Streicher
, Orchestra of the Teatro Regio, Chamber Orchestra of Mantova,
Orchestra Regionale del Lazio, Thscech National Symphony, Lucerne
Festival Strings), in Festival (as Melbourne Art Festival, Philharmonic
Mexicana, Season of the Teatro Regio in Turin, time orchestra,
Radio Copenhagen, Maggio Musicale in Florence, Unione Musicale
in Turin) and auditorium (as Royal Festival Hall London, Teatro
Regio Torino, Palacio de las Bellas Artes Mexico City, Teatro Colon
Buenos Aires, Parco della Musica Rome, Victorian Hall Melbourne).
In May 2005 a terrible accident to his left hand stopped his career
as a bass player, leaving him to devote himself primarily to composition
and direction.
